Patient Scan Guidelines

Contrast CT Scan Requirements

If your prescription specifies a Contrast CT Scan (CECT / Angiography), you must fast for 4 to 6 hours prior to the procedure. Additionally, a recent Serum Creatinine report (within last 15 days) is mandatory to evaluate kidney function before contrast injection. Plain scans require no fasting.
